Looking to switch up your routine at the gym?

Ascending Pyramids
: Increase the weight and decrease the repetitions for each set. 

  •  First set– light weight 12-16 reps
  • Second set – light/medium weight 10-12 reps
  •  Third set– medium weight 8-10 reps
  •  Fourth set– heavy weight 4-6 reps
