WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training or resistance training should be a part of pretty much every personal training programme, using either your own body weight with the likes of some of the modern equipment such as TRX, or external weights for resistance.

Muscles need to be regularly exercised and stretched to maintain their mobility and elasticity to prevent any injuries occuring and there’s no better way than working to a well structured programme. The benefits of increased muscle tone and definition besides looking good are important for all-over general health, since many of the body’s organ systems are influenced by muscle fitness.
