At 70 years of age and grossly overweight, I felt that I had left it too late to do anything about it. I was 18 stone 4 and only 5ft 8” tall - so officially obese!!
UrvisionPT convinced me that it wasn’t too late and promised to not only get my weight down but also to firm up the flab and get me fitter. Now I’m not giving him all the credit because they can only advise and demonstrate. It does need a strong motivation and dedication to the program for it to work. But UrvisionPT has worked with me providing me with the motivation and advising on nutrition/diet as well as designing a gym workout that is demanding yet enjoyable. The gym need not be boring. UrvisionPT has ensured that exercises are within my ability but still stretch me. Booking UrvisionPT as my personal trainer has been key to my success. I am now down to 14st 3lbs and feeling so much fitter. It’s taken years off me.

Having been the kind of person who feigned illness to avoid doing PE at school, I never thought I'd become someone who looked forward to going to the gym. I've been training with Adam twice a week for the last 18 months and have seen such great results - not just in losing weight, but also toning up and feeling stronger. Adam makes the sessions fun and interesting - this is the longest I've stuck with any sort of exercise - and gets results without barking orders. Would highly recommend.
I started to train with UrvisionPT with the aim of losing weight and to try to get fitter at the same time. Its really pleasing to say that I am achieving both. Having started at 14ST 1LB and just over one month in I have lost my first stone. Not only that but the program has really helped me to build muscle at the same time, Ive never really considered that lifting weights could burn so many calories. Once I had stripped the fat of my body, which I had wanted to get rid of for a long time, I wanted to then gain some size to me. So I went to UrvisionPT and since then I've progressed massively considering I was struggling on light weights, and now I am lifting more than I could imagine and I have only been building for just over 5 months. I started at 11.7 stone and now weigh in at 12.8 stone, so i have gained just over a stone of lean muscle The difference I can see in my own body is massive, and I am very happy with the results.

I have had weekly PT sessions with Adam since January and i am seeing great results, i have lost weight and inches and it has really helped me to see what i need to focus on when i am training on my own. Adam is very motivating without being pushy and is really encouraging. I would 100% recommend the personal training sessions to help you to get the results that you want to achieve.
I have been having for about 8 weeks and can't thank him enough! Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to lose weight and get fitter. I actually enjoy exercising which I have never done before and am really noticing results now.
I couldn’t recommend Adam enough. I’ve had a few different personal trainers before and Adam is the only one I’ve always looked forward to going to. He really mixes up the session every week so you get a lot of variety which has also helped me build my own workouts outside of the personal training to stop them getting boring. He also puts up with me moaning constantly, I would never go to anyone else.
I've been training with Adam at Urvision for 6 months now and can hand on heart say he has changed my attitude to fitness. I have seen massive gains in my fitness, lost over 6 inches from my waist, and feel fitter, healthier and stronger without drastically changing my lifestyle. The strength and cardio group was great at UPT , plenty of motivation and knowledge from the trainer, also it was nice to see a varied age group attend, showing that everyone is welcome. Thanks a lot guys, see you next week.
