Speed, Agility and Quickness (or 'SAQ' as it’s known in the industry) has traditionally been used by most professional athletes and sportsman to improve their timings and mobility. It’s an exciting and different way to have a go at exercise, and gets you out in the fresh air, and triggers fat loss faster than traditional ‘cardio’ training methods., which are usually on a piece of CV equipment indoors. Also it's another great way to explore different training systems such as Fartlek training, which means "speed play"
