Urvision Personal training (UPT) is one on one health and fitness private training we focus on providing a relaxed atmosphere to make our clients feel as comfortable as possible for the duration of our sessions. Primarily our training is to motivate, educate and coach our clients to achieving results and attaining their personal fitness goals. Each training session is designed specifically for the client and their fitness goals in mind, which makes it so effective. With Urvision Personal Training there’s guidance and reassurance that you are performing the exercises with correct technique and form, without the risk of injury. From one training session to the next, you will be challenged with the right intensity for you with the appropriate training methods to keep you progressing with every session you have. Each training session lasts an hour and you will be guided from warm up, all the way through to a cool down and static stretching at the end of the session.
