INJURY REHAB

Unfortunately, injury can affect the majority of us at some point in our lives. Luckily you don’t have to live with the Painfull Knee, sore joints, and also limited range of movement etc. UPT can design specific sport rehabilitation personal training sessions to strengthen the majority of weak muscles and regain your postural alignment. Having experience with our own fair share of injuries and being sidelined the same as international athletes and other sportsman, UPT are able to work in conjunction with your existing health professionals weather it be a physio therapist or doctor etc to design your rehabilitation programme that works best for you to get you back on to your feet and enjoy a better quality of life which you deserve.
